Changing The Way You Look At Plumbing Stark Plumbing 5-Star Review

I [had] a slow leak in my downstairs bathroom and Curtis was able to see where the leak was coming from. I was well informed and given options on what needs to be done. Curtis was very polite and patient as he talked to me while I was taking care of my grand babies. I’ll be using Stark Plumbing for any future problems I might have and will recommend Curtis to family, friends and to anyone needing a plumber.

How does a water heater work?

A water heater heats water using a heating element or burner inside a tank. The thermostat controls the temperature, and hot water is drawn from the tank while cold water enters to be heated.

What could be wrong with my water heater?

Common water heater issues include lack of hot water, inadequate hot water supply, strange noises, leaks, discolored or smelly water, pilot light problems (for gas heaters), high energy bills, and pressure relief valve discharge.

When is it time to replace my water heater?

You may need to replace your water heater when it is reaching or exceeding its typical lifespan (8 to 12 years), when it becomes inefficient, requires frequent repairs, fails to provide sufficient hot water, experiences leaks or significant rust/corrosion, or when your water needs have increased.

We can help determine the best course of action for your specific situation.
